Loan Pre-Qualification: We determine how much you will be able to borrow; and what your payment would be.

Finding Land: We have a licensed real estate agent to assist with land acquisition, in the Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.

Site Work: We also own Dig-A-Hole Excavating. Once your site is chosen we will assist you with land development, based on site and the modular home you have chosen.

Placement: We take care of the delivery and set of your new modular home. Our combined experiences span over 30 years of housing installation.
